Restaurant Review: La Celia in Chicago

@erica_eatseverything @laceliachicago is one of my favorite spots in Chicago for many reasons. Not only do they offer a Latin fusion menu, it’s family-owned and the artwork all around makes you feel like you’re somewhere in Latin America. They have one of the most unique dishes I have ever had, which is their chilaquiles torta! There are so many interesting stories about how Latin dishes were invented and created here in the USA, just like the jibarito and the Cuban sandwich. Celebrating Latine Heritage Month never tasted so good. Who’s had a chilaquiles torta before?
