Exercise for Turkish Drop - Belly Dance Tips from the Iana Dance Club

In this video Iana will show an exercise to develop strength, balance and flexibility, as well as a lighter version of famous Turkish drop. We will NOT do an actual full drop, so if you are extremely scared of this injury-risky trick, you still can approach this drill as a preparation tool, but make sure you are listening to your body and don’t push beyond your capabilities.
You will need a yoga mat or an alternative soft ’landing spot’. Knee protection is highly recommended.
