Seminar Integral Vovinam in Russia 2016

Next “Integral Vovinam“ Seminar in Russia, 25th to 30th June 2016. We will work on the “Integral Vovinam“ Programme, and focus on the diffferences and improvements of Vovinam Techniques, as well as the competition Rules and Regulations. The Ground fight and Full Vat Wrestling will be worked intensively. Many countries have already signed in. There will be also the first International Yellow Belt examination session.
