Building a Shavehorse using a piece of history

I modified free shavehorse plans by Tom Donahey (linked below) to incorporate reclaimed douglas fir wood from a historical building in Seattle, hand forged hardware, and scraps from my recent Wood Whisperer Guild Build. What started as a project with my friends Kim and Dave as a massive collaboration ended up being a really sweet way to christen my new woodshop.
