Treatment of Peri-implantitis - Resective surgery

Surgical access to decontaminate 4 Branemark implants affected by peri-implantitis and localised horizontal bone loss of 3-6 mm. Access flap, removal of granulation tissue and scaling with hand-instruments and ultrasonic scalers. Resection of hyperplastic soft tissue and closure. 1 year follow up
