Dark Line in Sky. Temperature Gradient? Evil Omen? Oct 2019 Morro Bay Ca.

This is a video I took just after sunrise on the South Jetty of Morro Bay. I’m hoping someone will tell me what it is. Weather anomaly? Evil omen? Temperature gradient? Something headed to area ! Caught a ton of fish out there so, perhaps a good fishing Omen! Anyway, pretty odd.
