The Language of Less: Tony Conrad

Artist Tony Conrad provides an impromptu explanation of “Yellow Movie 2/28/73.“ Featured in the exhibition, The Language of Less (Then and Now), Conrad candidly describes the conceptual development and artistic process behind his response to the art of film making. The Language of Less (The and Now) is inspired by the MCA’s rich holdings of Minimalist and post-Minimalist work from the 1960s and 1970s. The exhibition is divided into two distinct parts, one devoted to a fresh reinstallation of this histor
