Interim government to be formed after dissolving parliament – Bangladeshi president

The President of Bangladesh has announced that an acting cabinet will be installed to try and calm the turmoil amid the country’s upheaval. Meanwhile, student protest leaders have declared that any new military-backed leaders are unacceptable, insisting that only a government approved by the student movement should be formed.
