Dennis and Joey wander off and cause all sorts of havoc with a runaway jeep that messes up the parade, etc. Soon the boys discover two spies who are trying to steal a sensitive piece of secret equipment from a ship. The boys start up the ship and take the spies on a wild ride ÄÄ however, they also pull along the Base Commander (Henry’s superior) who was making a speech along side the ship. When Dennis brings in the ship the Commander is furious with Henry... that is until he finds out that Dennis captured the two spies. // After being tricked by the Bay Street Bullies in their football game, Dennis’ team comes up with a few tricks of their own and manages to tie the game. And to Henry’s dismay, he is volunteered to be ref in all the games.
