PARIS — Every day in the French capital during Fashion Week is busy, but arguably none more so than Monday. As soon as Sacai wrapped, Maja Salamon and Hedvig Palm navigated the ensuing escalator logjam as showgoers mingled with confused museum visitors in order to make their way to the Grand Palais for the Giambattista Valli Fall / Winter 2015 runway show.
