Materials required:
- Crinoline - you can find how I made mine from here:
- Non-stretch fabric - (I needed 11 meters for my project)
- Matching threat
- A-line skirt pattern. (I’m using is Butterick 4131)
- Pins
- Fabric scissors
- Tailor’s chalk
- Tape measure
- Ruler
- Bias binding
- Twill tape
- Hook and bar
- Optional: lace
