In essence it is a one man project with the creator presenting his second album with the title “Forfall“. Nekrofucker as he is called released the album on March 1 and consists of 7 tracks. He is a session member of Svarti Loghin, who participates in the project. As we said, we’re talking atmospheric and terribly depressing Black Metal here, following in the footsteps of BURZUM and copying (without always succeeding) Svarti Loghin. It starts with a wonderfully depressing track, “Echoes From The Past“ with great vocals and strong emotions and continues with “Bleak“ and “Förfall“ which move in the familiar paths of Svarti Loghin. A lot of post metal and beautiful guitars, which give you a sense of calm, until you are shaken by the wild and devilish vocals that dominate the album! only musician. Apart from the introduction, the track “Rotboskogens Djup“ stood out, which starts with retro sounds of the 1930s and continues with wonderful guitars that, together with the singer’s guttural scream, flood the track with immense sadness and pain. It ends with “Outro“ like a regular track with a folk mood and the special depressing atmosphere. If you are a fan of Black Metal and want to wander into remote and atmospheric valleys of sorrow and pain, make an effort to listen to it. You will find the melancholy you are looking for.....
