After a long period of hesitation and thinking, today I decided to slaughter one of my pigs. I know this will cause many conflicting opinions, but I hope you can look at the problem in the most positive way. I know there will be some of you who do not want me to do this, but I have to work at a high frequency every day, so I also need a source of food with nutritional value, and especially protein. I hope everyone will not argue about this issue. The pig I butchered is quite big, so I need a way to preserve the meat. And the best way I can do is to make smoked meat. This method of preservation has been passed down from ancient times to this day, very effective and safe.
