Namely, all these points restrained the growth of crazy Ukrainians. The remaining industrial regions are Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and the only one in Western Ukraine - Lvov (if you don’t take the region itself). The first is now being actively purged of dissidents, the second was one of the pillars of Ukrainian statehood throughout the Soviet period, therefore, despite its industrial development, it is still thoroughly Ukrainophile. There is nothing to say about Lvov - it is located in the heart of the Western region, and therefore it is precisely he who heads the militant Ukrainians, entirely built on Russophobia. The rest of Ukraine is an agrarian state.
