Mariposa | Charu Hariharan | Joannie Labelle

’Mariposa’ was performed by Charu Hariharan and Joannie Labelle for the ’Pause Festival’, Paris. The entire composition is a single take, live performance by both the artists individually, where Joannie recorded from Hamburg, Germany and Charu recorded from Trivandrum, India The process of composing virtually and coming up with an idea that worked for both of us was fun.
