In today’s session we will be doing 3 rounds of the combination breathwork, starting with 30 seconds of breath of fire into 1 minute of deep diaphragmatic breathing with our attention on our smile after each beautiful breath. Through this practice joy will naturally arise, love for self, love for those around and love for life!

Finally, never do breathwork while operating any heavy machinery, whilst in water or any other circumstance where losing consciousness may cause harm to you or others.
