Follow me on your favorite Social Media as @Danishgoalkeeping In this episode of OFf-season GK Training, the weather was cold and snowy so we decided to do a lot of crossing and handling, as the ground was hard. We used the resistance band to make the handling/crossing harder, to enhance our stability & strength, and to work on the core. This also helped us to increase our jumping and to prevent injuries. We then moved onto some recovery handling and ended off with a lot of cross-taking, which worked on our timing, catching, and jumping ability.
