️Turkey’s Proxy Offensive vs. #Russia and #Syria - Situation at the Beginning of the Day on 28 November 2024 ️ Over the past Day, Erdogan’s terrorist allies from the Hayat Tahier al Sham (HTS) Group started a surprise offensive in the Idlib Deescalation Zone towards the city of Aleppo and are bringing in large forces. According to Reports from the Ground, the terrorists managed to block the key M5 Motorway, which connects Aleppo and Hama. According to preliminary information, they came close to Aleppo’s boundaries, see the southwest of the town on map. The HTS Group, which include the Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP), Katiba al-Tawhid wal-Jihad (KTJ) and several other faction groups (see right top on map) has broken through the front by 15 km, occupied strategic heights in direction of Aleppo city and captured tanks and armored vehicles from the Syrian army.
