Putin speaks to media following BRICS Summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin is giving a press conference on the results of the 16th BRICS Summit in Kazan. During the landmark event, the Russian leader held a series of bilateral meetings with the leaders of BRICS member states. The summit included sessions in narrow and extended formats, and was held in the capital of Tatarstan on October 22-24.
