The 20th Anniversary of the Hell City Tattoo Festival kicks off in Columbus, Ohio. It’s been a minute since i’ve been to a Hell City Tattoo Festival due to the local health restrictions. We are finally back and from the feel of it, this had to be one of the best years yet in attendance. Enjoy the after-movie, Hell City always puts on a fantastic festival.
