World Travel Backpacking

In 2018 whilst backpacking around South East Asia we spent a month in Cambodia. It was one of my favourite countries as it had such a good blend of beaches/islands, mountains/rivers, temples, history, culture and once in a lifetime experiences! Oh, and we also met some awesome people! I guess you could say that it left an ever lasting impression, in the form of a scar on my face! Our route through Cambodia was something like this: - Kampot - Koh Rong Sanloem - Koh Rong - Phnom Penh - Battambang - Siem Reap A little story about my injury: As you can see at the end of the video I split my face open after a pathetic back flip attempt off of the zip line. When I hit the water I kneed myself in the face. I knew something had happened straight away as I came up from the water as my vision was disrupted from the instant swelling under my eye (lucky I didn’t knock myself out when landing in the water!)
