Turbo Tom | 3 Board Jigger at the 2022 Cherry Valley Outdoor Games

This is a 3 board Jigger event that took place in Cherry Valley, NY at the 2022 Cherry Valley Outdoor Games. This is event you have to chop 3 “boards” high, chop half way through the block on top, throw your axe down and climb down while rearranging your boards, then chop 3 boards high on the other side, and finish chopping the block on top. Unfortunately I broke the toe of my axe on the second pocket. Without realizing that it broke I continued to chop and when I threw my axe down and climbed down to start on the other side I notice my axe was broken. I thought it happen when I threw the axe down and felt stupid for how I threw it down. I didn’t know it it broke on the second pocket and just thought I was sucking at chopping the rest of the first side. Frustrated and slightly defeated I finished the chop.
