Can he still dunk at age 54?

When I was in high school I had a goal to still be able to dunk when I was 50. The last time I dunked, I was 48. Several months ago while experiencing yet another midlife crisis, I set a goal and accepted the challenge to dunk at my current age. Here is the result of a 6’2“ 54 year old trying to dunk.
