Rainbow’s Man On The Silver Mountain by Dio Live

Man on the Silver Mountain is the first track by Rainbow off their 1975 debut album, Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow, written by guitarist Ritchie Blackmore and vocalist Ronnie James Dio. Dio performed the hard rock hit single live in the 2005 concert on the World Tour channel, followed by an excerpt of Rainbow track 4 Catch The Rainbow (4:15). Dio fronted and founded numerous bands throughout his career, including Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Dio, and Heaven & Hell. In November 2009, the singer was diagnosed with stomach cancer and died of the disease six months later. Ronnie Dio is regarded as one of the greatest and most influential heavy metal vocalists of all time.
