Cutting a 19 teeth Meccano Pinion

Using a home made, almost all Meccano gear cutter, the following video shows how the machine operates. It makes 19 seperate cuts, one per tooth, and the built-in dividing head rotates between each cut. I have prepared this video for my friends Charlie, Phil and Tim, which I will be visiting soon with samples of the gears made with this machine. I wanted to express my gratitude for their hospitality.
