Potato and Lentil Recipe
Ingredients:
• Lentils: 1/2 cup
• Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
• Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
• Onion: 1 cup, chopped
• Salt: 1/4 cup
• Garlic: 1 tablespoon, minced
• Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
• Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
• Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
• Red pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
• Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
• Parsley: 20 grams, chopped
• Medium potatoes: 4
• Medium onion: 1
• Rice flour (or any flour of your choice): 2 tablespoons
• Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
• Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Wash the lentils well and cook them over low heat with 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion and 1/4 cup salt, and fry until golden.
