It is a privilege to share the first Demonstration of Joe Thambu Shihan as an Aikido 8th Dan, after receiving the honour from Inoue Kyoichi Kancho, during the celebration of his 60th year in Aikido at the legendary Ochiai Dojo in Tokyo, Japan. Joe Thambu Sensei is the Chief Instructor of Aikido Shudokan Australia and the Head of Aikido Shudokan Schools Worldwide. This utterly intense Demonstration highlights why his Dynamic Brand of Aikido is sought after as he continues to be the ambassador for the Yoshinkan style of Aikido on his many travels to spread the art to schools world wide.
