Add your voice and have your say! <br><br>I wrote this song in response to the blinkered and self-interested way in which the goverment and right wing media reacted to the recent riots that happened across our country. Now that the pundits have mostly stopped frothing at the mouth, perhaps we can start to have a look at the real underlying causes of the riots, and no, it wasn’t the single mums’ fault... :) <br><br>So these are my thoughts in lyrical form. But I also want to hear from other people out there, so I’ve set up a web page where you can download an instrumental of this track. Then you can either produce beats for it, record your own 16 bar verse, add your voice to the chorus, or all three! Then upload your version to youtube (post it as a video response to this video) and soundcloud for everyone to share! I’ll also feature it on the web page.
