Maine has ordered Donald Trump removed from the primary election ballot, saying he violated the Constitution by engaging in insurrection. Since he cannot serve as president, he must be removed from the primary election ballot, the ruling says. (The ruling also means that Trump cannot appear on the general election ballot in Maine.)
