Summertime (George Gershwin) : Jazz - Rock ’n’ Funk

Summertime is a well known composition of George Gershwin (from the opera Porgy and Bess, 1935). This version here was created by funny circumstances: I was trying out some slap bass lines, when I heard a melody in my mind which fits very well. I had to think a while before I realized that this is the melody of Summertime.
