Peter Hammill Rock & Klassik - My Room & This Side of the Looking Glass

I’ve waited a long time to upload a better version of this video. It’s actually from the same source of my previous upload, but Youtube has evolved since I uploaded the original and so has the processing tools. The show is listed as Rock & Klassik, Bayerisches Fernsehen, 09/12/1981, however I don’t believe this to be the case. In the original video that I have, the following two songs: 00:00 - My Room 04:35 - My Room (Improved audio) 06:27 - This side of the looking glass Are then followed by songs with The Sparks, including Peter hammill with them performing Give Peace a Chance. You can find a great version of that video here: While it seems to be from the same show, I don’t think it’s from the same date, as Peter is wearing different cloths in the first and second half. I cannot find any reference as to when My Room and This Side of the Looking Glass were performed. The date given is the date of the Give Peace a Chance performance. Any information on this would be welcome. Took quite an intensive work on this one in all aspects (original video is dark and the quality is far from perfect, original audio was in pretty bad shape, and the audio was completely out of sync). I worked hard on getting the most out of the video and audio, fixed the sync, and dubbed This Side of the Looking Glass as well as the ending of My Room from a much better audio source (thanks Ilan!).
