British Industry Fair (1940-1949)

Unissued / unused material. British Industries Fair at Olympia, London. Various shots of Pathe reporter John Parsons interviewing people at the fair - they are businessmen from South Africa, India, Switzerland, Denmark and China. Parsons asks all of them if they think British goods are the best in the world - predictably they all reply yes. According to original dope sheet, this film was made for use in the Shell Film of BIF. Cataloguers’ note: interviews are very clunky and therefore unintentionally funny. Interviews are unedited - sometimes Parsons speaks to cameraman. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
