POE , Inquisitor Spark Starter Build, 12M DPS, 3 div

Starter version of Spark build, was made to use before my high budget Spark. Worth around 3 div. 12M DPS, but bit squishy at low budget, always cast sparks before you go somewhere, freezes are very good defensive layer. This is just some starting point from which you can make some currency and start to buy/craft items for high budget version with 90M DPS, max block, aegis aurora, 90% all res.
