They line them up on ground to be examined. Various highly disturbing shots of a forensic expert doing graveside autopsies of dead bodies. Various shots of the American officers interrogating several men, presumably accused to be involved in the murders. Note - this is a cemetery of a mental hospital at Hadamar, Germany, where the autopsies are done to prove that mass of mainly Russian an Polish patients were killed by the means of lethal injection.
