Using Fish Skins to Treat Bears Burned in California Wildfire

Working in partnership with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, UC Davis veterinarian Jamie Peyton, used Tilapia fish skins to treat burn wounds on rescued animals, specifically bears and mountain lions, injured in the Thomas Fire in December of 2017.
