Basic CB Radio Base Station Antenna, Homemade with wire + PVC

I needed a basic vertical antenna for My garage, So that I can talk with locals. on the roof I have a 3 element horizontal that I use for skip, But it’s not very good for local use. to fix put My Homemade antenna back to work! @
