Patch Rundown - Worst Patch of Season 9

The reason I feel so strongly about this patch is because it features essentially 0 realistic Soloq and competitive changes. Seeing changes like Amumu/Karthus/Warwick make my head spin. I suppose Riot is wanting to see what happens in LCS/LEC/LCK before adjusting whatever, but in doing so they’ve left the meta stale for the last 2months with seemingly nothing exciting coming.
