Sophia Loren`s Pasta with Bertolli Tomato Sauce 1 lb (454g) Angel Hair 1 jar 23 oz (652 g) Bertolli Marinara Pasta Sauce ½ pound shredded mozzarella 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic, crashed Salt 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil Cook the pasta until just al dente. While the pasta is cooking, sauté sliced onions with olive oil until tender, add Bertolli sauce and mozzarella cheese. When the pasta is ready, drain well and add the warm pasta to the bowl.
