Mudskippers of the Sundarbans in 4K: fish out of water, with blue dots

The Sundarbans the largest single block of tidal halophytic mangrove forest in the world. The forest lies in the vast delta on the Bay of Bengal and the seasonally-flooded Sundarbans freshwater swamp forests lie inland from the mangrove forests on the coastal fringe. The Sundarbans provides a unique ecosystem and a rich wildlife habitat and one such species is the Mudskipper or the Blue-spotted Mudskipper. Mudskippers rank amongst the most fascinating of intertidal life of mangrove and mudflat habitats.
