Swiss singer, songwriter, musician, composer and record producer Franz Treichler shares his unique experience touring Siberia with his band The Young Gods in 1996. This is the first episode of documentary series devoted to tourist or concert tours of famous western musicians to the USSR or former Soviet Union in the early/mid 90’s. The time when music infrastructure of the post-Soviet territories hasn’t been involved into the worldwide chain yet and common life there were still running their own track.
