Life as an American expat living in the poor section of China

This is what being an American expat is like inside of China. I live in the “poor“ section of Zhongshan in a tiny village called Tanzhou. It’s a “blue collar“ area and most of the people are are just skilled workers, and small business owners. It is not as impressive as the bigger, more famous cities, but it is typical China. It is clean, safe, and friendly. This video is of the Southern city mall, just off from the town center. Music is the latest Chinese pop music, and together I hope that you will be able to get the “real experience“ of what it is like.
