Sky News host Caleb Bond has reacted to a fake AI-generated video of Greta Thunberg calling for the use of “vegan grenades” in war. It comes amid the increasingly popular trend of AI-generated celebrity speeches being posted online. The satirical clip depicts the climate activist urging militaries to use “biodegradable weapons” and promoting a book titled “Vegan Wars”. “This has to be the most realistic AI I have seen in a long time,” Sky News host Caleb Bond said. “It’s amazing that AI is at this point, but I thought it was real the first time I watched it.”
