The very special Indian guy - Buddha Shakyamuni

Saga Dawa Düchen commemorates the birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana of Buddha Shakyamuni, the most auspiciously important month in the Tibetan lunar calendar. Patrul Rinpoche shortly explains why Buddha Shakyamuni is a special person, the importance of generating bodhicitta, reciting mantras and taking bodhisattva vows especially during this month.
