Physical & Technical Passing Exercise - Warm-Up

Physical Exercises  1. Pole slalom - low intensity - 2 reps then switch sides 2. Hurdle mobility - 2 reps then switch sides Technical Exercises 1. Dribble to the opposite side and leave the ball, switch with partner (2 balls) 2. Dribble half-way and then pass the ball (2 balls) 3. Pass through the middle - 1-2 on the right side (1 ball) 4. Pass through the middle - 1-2 on the left side (1 ball)
