This is truly the best and easiest way to cook red fish, salmon and trout. I used only salt and a mixture of peppers as spices to taste the fish. I brushed the fish steaks with olive oil and poured lemon juice over them. I baked in the oven at 180°C = 356°F under foil for 15 minutes, then removed the foil and continued baking for another 5-7 minutes. It turned out to be an incomparable dish, simply magnificent.
