Then put your palm on the belly right over the index finger, that’s the pressure point we need. You should massage it clockwise. Then massage counterclockwise for 2 - 3 minutes. This exercise eliminates gas, deflates the stomach perfectly. And if you put one finger above your belly button, and massage clockwise then again massage counerclockwise.
