How to do a BACKFLIP TUTORIAL

After all of you requested here it is, my own take in How to do a Backflip. REMEMBER this move is not a joke, if you have any major injury avoid trying this move. Im only showing a guideline, you trying this move is at your own risk, so minimize that risk but trying it in a gymnastics hall or a place with the required safety features.
