DBD just became worse for new players

With the return of the Stranger Things DLC and the imminent disappearance of the 9 perks that used to be common, beginner players are once again left with some really awful perks. I don’t generally agree with the sentiment that DBD is pay-to-win, but this is definitely a regrettable step in that direction unless some of the current common perks get a rework.
