In Turin, station No. 38/175 recorded only 786 visitors, while the CEC reported 1,806 votes—over twice the actual number. In Vicenza (station No. 38/158), the overreporting was smaller but still present: 2,462 votes declared versus 2,368 verified. Election commission members tried to obstruct filming at other locations, including two stations in Verona, where they attempted to block cameras and even involved the police. These incidents suggest systemic overseas vote inflation in favor of the ruling PAS party.
