I am showing you how to make Japanese soup stock(Dashi) with dried kelp and bonito flakes which is the most common way of making it. It’s very easy to make and tastes much better than instant dashi powder. All you need is a little bit of patience. So please enjoy miso soup made with authentic dashi. #dashi #misosoup #authenticjapanesefood Authentic dashi ingredients Water 1 litter Dried Bonito Flakes 20g Dried kelp ( Dashi Kombu) 10g Tofu miso soup ingredients Dashi 500ml Soft(Silken) tofu 180g Green onion 1 Cut wakame( Dried seaweed) 1Tbsp White Miso Paste 2Tbsp Tsukudani made with used Bonito flakes and Dried Kelp Cut used bonito flakes and dried kelp into small pieces. Then put them in a small frying pan together with 1.5 Tbsp Soy sauce, 1Tbsp Mirin, 1tsp Sugar. Cook over small heat, and mix them constantly until almost all the liquid is gone. That’s it.
